New collaboration framework: UPM and the National Institute of Informatics of Tokio promoted by IE
The National Institute of Informatics of Tokio and "Universidad Politécnica Madrid" have reached and agreement for collaboration in research projects, seminars and research stuff exchange. The first project will be focused on Statistical parametric techniques for expressive speech synthesis and diarization. This project will be leaded by José Manuel Pardo, Roberto Barra and Juan Manuel Montero, members of IE.
